This is well said and very truth. And worrying, if we consider the fact that on the internet we indulge in the easy pleasures of our cognitive bias — as we only listen to what we already know, believe to what we already believe — . Conversely, when we get offline, we are confronted with people who do not think as we do, who have different opinions and since we spend much of the time online where these conflicts do not arise, we are not prepared anymore to the confrontation offline. As a result, we seek refuge in online communities, eventually perpetrating a model that will lead to isolationism, loneliness and the denial of society.
